I was approached by a recruiter and had an initial screening with and HR person. I was told they would let me know when they can set up a call with the hiring manager but then ghosted me. The company announced layoffs that same week, so I guess that was the reason but it would have been nice to at least get a reply.

It took about 6 rounds and was very stressful. Was even told I should do my presentation using Mural even though I had never even used the tool. It took about 2 months and I did get the job, but the role wasn't what I was told.

Had a video call with the recruiter. The recruiter was very helpful in giving a brief overview of the position.
I was sent an NDA - I did not comply. This showed a lack of trust from the beginning which was a red flag.
I then had an interview with the hiring manager- product director. The product director seemed to not care about the interview. When it came time to ask questions such as the product vision she could not even answer the question "What is the product vision." She basically said she has one but cannot explain it to me because I don't know the product. The biggest red flag. It overall seemed like she did not have direction or did not care enough to give a proper answer.
