This is not your typical job or career starter. This position is best suitable for those interested in the Information Technology field; however, anyone willing to learn can do this. The first step is a preliminary phone interview in which they ask about your knowledge regarding a programming language of your choosing (C# or Java). They provide study material for the interview. If they accept you, you're not exactly "hired," yet, but you get to go through training and then go on interviews for the actual contractual job with client companies looking for developers.

Question 1
This may sound silly, but the most difficult "question" you often get asked is, "Tell me about yourself." How you answer this question sets the pace and tone of the interview, and gives the prospect employer a first impression.
Conversa sobre objetivos pessoais, objetivos profissionais e testar niveis de inglês. Perguntas sobre projetos e experiências anteriores . Depois é marcada uma entrevista mais técnica, onde serão testadas as suas competências de Developer.

it was easy and smooth, questions about my resume and some technical questions, I was first approached by company's secretary. she arranged a technical interview for me. I was contacted by one of their engineers, questions were mostly about my CS background and then some technical questions about what I was supposed to learn from their booklet
