J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Multiverse en mars 2022
Entretien
Having got through two phone screenings, I was invited to the third round, which was supposedly meant to simulate a client meeting. The brief was deliberately vague but I was told to approach it as if it were an introductory meeting with a client where my objective was simply to get the job.
In principle, this is a great idea. I drafted an agenda that I was fully prepared to be questioned on and was looking forward to demonstrating my approach to client meetings.
In practice, it was a pretty bizarre, disappointing and condescending experience. My agenda was effectively dismissed from the outset, which gave me zero opportunity to talk through the rationale behind it or shed any light on my experience or why I would be a good fit for the role.
I think the idea was to be deliberately adversarial in order to put me under pressure and see how I would react but it felt both contrived and unrealistic.
My experience does seem to align with others who have interviewed for this role and shared on this platform - a real shame given how great the company mission is!
Had to book the recruiter screen over a week out cause they had no availability and very early since they were in the UK. Basically just rapid fire metrics questions. Almost no questions on using data, actually working with clients, or relationship management. Gives boiler room vibes.

The initial interview was with talent acquisition and it was a bit bizarre. It was too casual and the individual was going on and on about random stuff in their personal life. They clearly did not know much at all about the position, and spent the entire time reading through a list of questions on their screen. It was less of a conversation, and more of an, "ok great" and onto the next question. They also asked things completely irrelevant to the role, and some things you would ask a VP level candidate. I didn't like the vibe and was honestly surprised to be moved onto the next round. I decided to continue with it just to see, and this one was even less formal. I appreciated getting to ask questions but was asked nothing in return. They decided not to move me forward noting I lacked experience in something that was never mentioned in the job posting or in any of my interviews. It looked like a good salary, but otherwise I felt like I dodged a bullet. From reading the current and former employee Glassdoor reviews, it seems I did!
