Scheduling the interviews was somewhat annoying. They would always try and call me during work hours even though I mentioned that email would probably be best since I couldn't always pick up the phone. They rescheduled me twice throughout the process. First interview was a remote video call which was pretty straightforward. Second interview was in-person. It was interesting because you didn't really know who you were going to talk to during this. They kept pulling in different people and would ask "oh can you stay a bit longer?" to accommodate their busy staff. I didn't mind, but afterward, they let me know that they would tell me next steps, but ended up ghosting me. I don't mind rejections, but at least have the courtesy to formally let a candidate know. What was even more annoying was this was right after a snowstorm so the roads were a mess.
