The questions were mostly conversational and focused on my background, my experience managing projects and cross-functional work, and how I approach building structure in a fast-moving environment. We also talked about my experience working with different stakeholders, handling priorities, improving processes, and how I would approach the role. It felt less like a formal question-and-answer interview and more like an open conversation about my experience, the needs of the team, and where I could add value.
