Received internal referral and was contacted recruiter about a week later. Recruiter talked with hiring manager and found a position that more aligned with my experience. After initial screening, met with hiring manager, then a contemporary, and finally an 1 hour panel interview. Received offer about 2 weeks after final interview. Total process took about 6 weeks but was surrounded by the holidays. There is no negotiation with offers and I received a significantly higher offer so decided to decline.
