I met with a recruiter from MuleSoft at my campus Career Fair. I had a nice conversation with her and followed up after the fair. I was sent a link to apply through their website, and then received a video interview link a few days later. Video interview was 7 questions, unlimited time and unlimited attempts. I had thought I could be a good fit for the position but did not get an interview after that. I wish my first interview could have been with a person/recruiter, especially for a role that the interviewee clearly needs to display their strong communication and conversation skills.
