Entretien
I was recruited through the offline referral drive held in Bangalore on 26th/27th Of Sept. After a choatic initial screening process( Aptitude-20 Questions in 15 mins) that consisted of mainly quant and Di questions, around 300 were selected from a group of 2500 people. Next day the process consisted of Problem Solving( Pseudo Code) and business case study Around half of the initial number was selected to go to the next round. the next Round consisted of Video Synthesis( A case study in which someone from Mu Sigma was explaining the 'Mu Sigma' way of doing things) and Gd on related topic. Again half of the students were rejected for the next round. Leaving around 70 for the final interview process. Someone had 1 interviews others had 2. Depending on their performance from the previous rounds. After that around 35-40 were selected.
It was an average interview. there was an online test, post which there was a group discussion and then a personal interview. the interviews are different based on how experienced one is
Maths and probability questions along with GD. Need to clear muApt which is tough given the circumstances which is high population giving the exam. Once you clear there is video synthesis and gd round. Then 2 rounds of face 2 face and one hr round

- Video synthesis comprised of watching a video of CEO and putting down a synthesis of it
- Group discussion by making a group of 6-8 people and giving a general topic from social issue
- personal hr interview containing more of in person oriented questions
