J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Mu Sigma en janv. 2019
Entretien
Application, phone call, then video interview. The video interview lasted about 40 minutes but had to be done in Indian Standard Time. I felt they gave an offer to quickly and they wanted me to train in India for 9 months on a minimal stipend before starting .
The interview was pretty straightforward. It consisted of 3 rounds. The first round was to fill out a questionnaire describing how you would tackle on certain business cases. The second round was a recorded video interview in which you a specific business case was given to you and had to think on the fly to answer it. The third was a video interview with the recruiter where again they ask you behavioral and business case questions.
I interviewed for Mu Sigma in January 2020. The entire process took about 3 weeks. You first complete an online test that has 3 sections. The first section is taking a video of yourself answering various questions, then there is a multiple choice section and a case study. After passing the online test, they set up a video interview. Then there was an HR interview a few days later. The HR interview was when they extended the offer.

Question 1
How would you explain the PGA program to somebody else?
Sent out resume online, got the link to online test the next day, took 40+ minutes to complete. The online test includes behavior questions and quantitative reasoning. Some of the questions are like what do you know about India, what does Mu Sigma do, etc.
