The interview process seems to be well organized .The response time was quick . An HR called me .Understood my strengths . Explained role in best of her interest. But the interviewer was horrible . They shall really set some standards. For interview difficulty the option shall be stupid. I have politely refused saying in real time i will mostly have some reference or documentation. And mostly we shall automate the manual stuff . ITs the best way forward. Where interviewer mentioned although it might be correct but We have many builds to do .So you shall memorize it. She also ask me to take some time to memorize all the options. To which i have politely declined. It has sent red flags for sure about the project and the processes followed in organization.
