I was contacted by consultant for the interview. Then HR called me up and set up a date for technical interview after asking few basic questions like current company- work profile- role-designation etc
Then technical interview was carried out- over phone. Interview was normal. Nothing specific or extra-ordinary. Typical questions about last project, domain knowledge, technical expertise, learning experiences etc. THe panel was consisting of 3 or 4 guys.

It was a F2F interview where you are asked to come to office and attend interview. Its a whole day process with 2-3 rounds of technical interview followed by HR round
Interview process took 4 weeks to complete panel was very friendly and they were asking questions on .net core SQL server react c# opps concept linq entity framework on the other part of the interview they asked me to write a c# program that was very hard

Technical round has more on my core knowledge and banking domain and my technical ability , handling pressure and leading skills , and how do you guide team and share knowledge
