The process is pretty straight forward....
I had joined as a fresher and the the whole process took around 2 weeks of time to complete.
Applied online by filling the form.
Got the interview letter a week before.
The interview was of 4 rounds.
1. Written test, The basic aptitude test which was ok ok, not that tuff to track.
2. was a Group discussion, if can communicate well then you are all set.
3. Technical round, which was about the college project and basic question on C java and DBMS.
4. Reals ed the offer letter.

Its 4 round process i have cleared 2. I have given a clear hands up in first round ,but in second round they some difficulty level of questions on angular and those were mixed up with beh+scenario based.
