Applied online received an email from a recruiter to pick a time to chat. I responded saying thank you for reaching out to me with the selected time. No response from the recruiter, then the coordinator reached out to schedule me with the hiring manager. It went well I was told she would like to pass me on to next steps . It’s been over a week and nothing from the recruiter or the hiring manager(emailed a thank you note) just ghosted

I submitted my application for this position, and because someone at this company knows my current employer, they contacted my current employer informing them of my application to Mozilla. Needless to say, not only is this extremely unprofessional, it jeopardizes candidates’ standing with their current employer. If these are the antics that candidates experience, I would only imagine that employee experience is far from positive.
