J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Mozilla (Vancouver, BC) en janv. 2016
Entretien
Interview involved a programming test from HackerRank and a phone interview.
The programming test from HackerRank was pretty standard. The phone interview asked more personal experience questions plus some technical concepts.
I went on a Zoom call with two managers, and the whole interview process was smooth, There were a couple of difficult technical questions, and they will ask you about some projects you've done before, how much you know about the role and the work you might have to perform in that role.
The interview was a three part process. The first part was an online coding assessment. The second part was an interview with several software developers. The third part was an interview with a manager.

I submitted my cover letter and resume, but didn't hear back until two months later. I submitted the project they asked, and then interviewed over Zoom. The interviewer was brash and demeaning, and made me feel incompetent. I was very disappointed because I have worshiped this company for so long.
Adding this comment here from Mozilla’s Talent Acquisition team: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Two months is an unacceptable wait time to hear back from us so we’re glad you still gave us a chance. Regarding the interview process: we are working closely with our hiring managers on improving our overall interviewing process.
