Time was scheduled for interview but nobody showed up to the meeting. Waited for over an hour. Also sent a follow up email to hiring manager but no response. Role is still up months later

Fast response after the application. Few question... Ask for bachelor for a job that don't need it. Pretty low salary but interesting commission opportunities. I didn't went to the 2 interview cause of the salary.
First got an initial email to tell me about the role, the salary, how my CV was great and wanting to get to know me. I responded promptly with questions, when we could chat. The hiring manager never responded. I received an automated email that I was not chosen. There must be some miscommunication but I wrote another email to get an answer and still nothing.
