The application process was surprisingly stringent for a moving company. It took nearly a month with 4 required interviews and a background screening as well as a drug screening. It started with me calling, I spoke to the owner, then I came in and filled out an application, they sent me for a background and drug screen, when that cleared I was invited in for an aptitude test and then one final interview.
