The interview process felt natural and collaborative. Though skillsets and experience is important, they focused a lot on behavioral questions as it was apparent fit was very important. As it is a small company, the ideal person had to understand what it's like to take on a hybrid role and to be comfortable with changes.

The interview started 10 minutes late with Rachel the Managing Director. She asked me the same questions over 5 times. She was very rushed and not engaged at all. I didnt think I would make it to round 2 as in the midst of the interview she stated she had to end our interview. What? Who does that? Please dont apply to work with this company.
