You first take a quick test on your knowledge. Then you interview with three different managers ( if the first one likes you, you move on.) They ask basic interview questions and make you feel comfortable.

Alcune domande fuori luogo del tipo, perché cercavo il lavoro dall'Italia e non ero ancora in Germania. Affermava che le persone prima si trasferiscono e poi cercano il lavoro.
