HR gave a computerized examination that entailed proofreading skills, general and personal work ethics. I was then called back for a personal interview with the manager of the Invoice Entry (Data Entry) department.

Entretien
2:1 Interview; various typing tests, and an auditorial data entry test was given prior to the interview. I was given the opportunity to job shadow other employees. The interview itself took place in the Lubbock room with the Service and Sales Managers. Note for other applicants: DO NOT mention your disability upfront, or use your disability in a scenario about a time when you overcame something in your life. I urge others who may be reading this to closely examine your worth. It is far better than what Mouser can offer you! I for one would not want to work in an environment that is both toxic and discriminatory towards others with disabilities. Mouser's values of diversity and inclusion is an outright lie.
