The process starts by you sending a one-way interview answering 3 automated questions for the directors to review. If they like your responses, they reach out to schedule a live interview via video call. There are a total of 3 live interviews, one with each each director. Many of the questions are scenarios, and some are inquiries about past experience, hobbies, and aspirations. Each interview lasts 20-30 minutes. By the third interview, they'll usually tell you whether you have the job and send you an email with documents to complete and send back.
