The interview was pretty standard as was the process. HR is very very slow to actually get you hired. Everyone must go through an ALL DAY admissions type seminar which is boring as hell and fairly common sense.

Hiring process depends on your team, but 1:1 screening call with the hiring manager and on-site back-to-back panel interview with the rest of the team. The panels included a peer culture fit interview and interview with physicians you'd be working with.
