First interview was a "meet and greet". A few technical questions were asked by a panel. Benefits were sent and offer was communicated on phone days later, and then told, "I have the job". Then second interview was requested and it was completely IT oriented, asked by a panel. The reason for this "meet and greet" was not explained. Note: The position was slightly above my weight class. The interviewers were respectful and deailed about the questions.
