The interview process was pretty informal and lax. I had a preliminary phone interview with the head of Research Administration (my would-be supervisor) and a week later had an in-person interview with the Physician for whom I would be writing grants. Everything was very basic- just questions about my experience, what various funding mechanisms I was familiar with, etc.
