I went through two rounds of interviews. First I met with the lower administration. I then met with the principle investigators. The interviews were largely relaxed and simple. I was made to feel comfortable.

Hiring process depends on your team, but 1:1 screening call with the hiring manager and on-site back-to-back panel interview with the rest of the team. The panels included a peer culture fit interview and interview with physicians you'd be working with.
