I applied for a position as a social work intern and was brought back for two rounds of group interviews with a panel of interviewers and a number of applicants. We were told to follow up via email with our work availability after the second interview, at which point I didn't hear from the interviewers again.

Interviewed with the easy going director at the time for an internship. Lots of expectations for going through the hospital system getting blood work and drug testing which they made me do twice.

Brief zoom interview with two staff members from the Mount Sinai Health System Staff. Both staff members asked questions and interview lasted around 30 minutes in total. Interviewers asked several questions about specific experiences on my resume.

Very Straightforward interview process. I applied online and the hiring manager (senior director of the department) reached out to me via email to set up an in person interview for the next week. The interview was behavioral and mainly to talk through my experiences and see if I would be a good fit for the team.
