Interview was of Three Rounds. First was the HR round, second was technical round by the Project Director, Third round was with the Divisional Manager where discussion was about past experience and how i will navigate with the new responsibilities

took a while to hear back from initial application but then had a hr screening call, then interview took place 2 weeks later and offer came through a day later.
