Applied online and after passing the online tests, I was invited to an interview at the Newcastle site.
The interview was one hour and consisted of mostly strength based interview questions. They also asked a few competency based questions, a technical question and a couple of questions about Mott Macdonald themselves.

The interviewer are arrogant and not friendly to graduate. Keep asking meaningless questions during the interview. For eg. What do you think about AECOM comparing to our company.. which show a sense of arrogance.They didn’t even ask you to introduce yourself to them.

Submitted CV and Cover Letter on the Mott Macdonald Website and was then sent a couple of job-specific questions to fill in and then final round interview which was 2 hours long and this was virtual

Pretty easy, HR questions and a bunch of situational questions. Lots of questions regarding the project they were currently working on and how you would join and help them. Some product based questions which were related to tech sector mostly
