I had a positive interview process the team lead was nice, during the whole process I was really comfortable. However, I was rejected and they didn’t follow up with a feedback although I sent an email asking for one.

What do you know about transport modelling?
How would you compare different transport modes?
Four parts: Warm-up Questions, Motivational Questions, Technical Questions, and Strength-based Questions. The warm-up questions are not assessed. The most questions are strength-based. The technical questions do not require any calculations.

I applied online in November and received an invite to interview in 3 weeks time. I was interviewed by 2 interviewers. The interview consists of 5 strength-based and scenario-based questions.
