3 stage interview:
1st call just to know the team leader who was responsible for the hiring process.
2nd was an offline test which involved the development in an hour of a mini program to be returned via email.
3rd a face to face interview where I was introduced to some of the future colleagues, and I was shown the building where the office is

They asked to quickly implement a piece of code, then write a few SQL queries, and finally describe a flow using pseudo-code
