Applied online. No response. Recruiters are useless. Even used LinkedIn inmail to communicate and those communications were ignored. Why advertise your profile on job postings if you just intend on ignoring everything. I can only imagine how they treat their employees once hired. Recruiters are really being given a horrible reputation... and rightly deserved, especially from this company

The first round was a friendly phone screeening interview with LATAM recruiter and then one week later I was invited to a second 30min video interview with the local hiring manager and a recruiter based in the US. They asked behavioral and background questions.

Multiple cancellations and reschedules. Never made it to an actual interview. Seemed very unorganized, so I eventually quit rescheduling. Unable to comment on exact questions as I never actually interviewed.
