MS interview process is very immature , the HR and technical team appears to have disconnect what are the requirements and what they are hiring for. I was given a coding problem to solve it and next step was to have a call to discuss my solution. They have been in touch with me for 2 months and after I send them solution to the coding problem, they did not provide any feedback on it nor they bother to discuss my solution.
