Phone interview with the recruiter and then the hiring manager.
The interview with the hiring manager involved a dive into the past experience and details around it. It was a followed by a discussion on managing/working sales teams and how to convince them on certain strategy. Was more of a real life, practical question, then a made up scenario. I liked the process, unfortunately, wasn't a good fit because of my background.

Multiple rounds, including case study. Their recruiters are horrible though - unresponsive and rude - and they have shady recruitment policies (e.g. they refuse to share anything about the company when you're evaluating an offer)
