3. Data Platform Interview
The Technical recruiter screening was quite engaging and eventful as we had a conversation about my experiences and what I could offer to the company. I also learned more about the company, the position I was applying for and the application process as well. This shouldn't be too hard to pass through.
2. Once, the technical recruiter screening is over, you will have a coder pad interview with one of the engineers working at Motional. This interview was quite straightforward, there wasn't much discussion about my experiences or how I can add value to the company. It was more to check my technical competency.
