They connect you with clients. But they are super helpful in the process. On our first connection we had a call and touched bases then we scheduled a meeting. That meeting was suprisingly nice because in one hour meetint I was able to skip with ~5 different Motion recuiters. They all had their opportunities. I found this very efficient and nice of them. After this meeting they reached out to all the clients I was interested and then I had news from one of then. This part depends on the client you are interviewing for and not Motion, so my experience won't help you there. But I did get the job and I'm very satisfied with my position
