The interview was casual, conducted on a Saturday at the branch with the Manager and Operations Manager. They asked if I was familiar with the products, and how many years of customer service experience I had.
Interviewed with Ops and Branch manager. Asked about previous experience in the industrial automation industry and described team, role, and company culture. One interview process and asked salary expectations without a range.

Initial interview was over the phone. Two more phone conversations and one in person visit. Positive is met directly with the person who would be my direct report. Not entirely transparent with salary.
