Initial 30 minute phone interview with staffing agency. Followed by aptitude testing and a personality test. Three in person interviews meeting all the team leads, which ranged from 1-2 hours long. Staffing agency was quick to provide feedback and next steps. Very accommodating to schedule. I felt all my questions were answered truthfully, and every step in the process provided more insight into MotherG's operation.
