I applied online and a couple of weeks later received an email inviting me to what was described as an “interview.” It turned out to be a brief screening call rather than an actual interview. I was told I would hear back the next day regarding next steps, but I never received any follow-up communication.
The lack of response and the rushed nature of the call left a negative impression. It felt like the talent team was eager to get through the process rather than engage meaningfully with candidates. Experiences like this reflect the kind of culture a company chooses to foster, and unfortunately this one did not come across as respectful or considerate of applicants’ time.
