It wasn't my first time interviewing with Mosano. The first time I applied and went through the 3 stages of recruitment (speak to HR, Whiteboard challenge and talked to the founders of the company). The first time everything went great until that last step, one of the founders was extremely rude and dismissive of my experience which left me feeling terribly and left me with a bad feeling about the company on itself. the second time HR contacted me to know if I would be interested and just for the sake of it, I went through. The interview with HR, once again, went well and she explained to me that she would be on vacation the next 2 weeks so she wouldn't be able to reach out. She still made time, before going on vacation, to give feedback saying that I would go through the next stage and that she would reach out to plan a day once she was back. After she was back it took her a week to tell me that in the mean time they found someone more into their expectations and decided not move forward with me. I was left, once again, very disappointed with the approach and the lack of respect to give early feedback. But, either way it was for the best.

3 step interview 1st: Interview with human resources (Went well and she was very nice and empathetic) 2nd: Whiteboard challenge with stakeholder (Actually a pretty cool experience) 3rd: Cultural Interview with CEOs (which I found pointless, basically the point is if they like you, you stay if they don't you don't. The thing is they are most of the time not from your area, found them away and rude towards me, leaving me with no space to defend myself, experience and work. Also didn't get to meet the team and their work ethics and experience which I believe to be more meaningful than to speak with the owners. I believe that the team you're going to work with have a more valuable opinion than the owners. Everyone should be focusing on their duties instead of assuming positions they are not responsible for. Owners are owners) When it came to give the final feedback it was given to me by another HR person which I only spoke to once. Was happy the way through but very disappointed by the end of it. Demeaning people just because they can is very low.
