Was handed a coding assignment. Scheduled an informal interview to go over culture fit, client fit, and discuss Codility results. Senior Developer had poor interviewing skills, ate while interviewing, and couldn't remember what he liked in the resume. Bullet was dodged that day.

First I had to complete a 25 minute cognitive/personality assessment. Once I "passed", that was followed by a 1 hour coding assessment. Once I passed that, it was followed by a 60 minute zoom interview with several developers and managers.
