2nd: Technical Interview
The 2nd interview with the CTO was difficult in experience. The CTO told me that he would agree with whatever I was saying regardless of whatever communications I would make during the technical interview. There was no conversation. There was no feedback in regards to talking out the problem during the interview.
The CTO claimed that his purpose would be to ascertain what it would be like to work with me, but the interview was completely one sided in terms of conversation and the interview problem's requirements were not well explained.
If the interview is any indication of what it is like to "work together" at Mos, then I am glad the process didn't go any further.
