I was asked to interview after communicating through my university's fall career fair. I then interviewed a few days later (in the same week). About a week or so after the interview, I was called and asked to travel to the Minneapolis office for a two-day hiring process they conduct where the first day is mainly to get to know the company as well as other candidates and the second day is a series of 3 interviews. The information sessions they held on the first day were awesome--you could tell they put a decent amount of time into the execution of this day and making sure you can be as informed as possible. They also held a social at the end of the day to enable you to meet company employees. The interview day started out with breakfast or lunch depending on your session, and then three interviews with 10-minute breaks in between.
