I visited their table at a national conference and was given an interview for that same day. The interview was a 2:1 interview that lasted approximately 20 minutes. I had an offer from another company so I heard back within 11 days.

Interview process was so easy and the interviewers were incredibly friendly. They clearly want to get to know you as a person, which made it seem very authentic! I felt very at ease.

The interview process was very organized. You interview with two people for 30 minutes each. Both of my interviewers were down to earth which made it really easy for me to be myself.

Fairly straightforward, just asked basic interview questions pulled from a bank. Otherwise talked about the company and the culture/job responsibilities. Normal interview process no curveballs, the interview was done over a zoom call
