Very long winded scenario questions. Most were not even relevant to the position. All questions very unexpected and didn’t even make much sense. Interviewer looked at me as though I was stupid when I asked for them to explain the questions. Not a good experience

had a chat with one of the managers in the back of the cafe, just asked generic questions, why do you want to work here, why would you be good at this job etc
