they asked me in general to talk about myself, hobbies interests flexibility, most of it was him talking about morrisons history etc, and his place in morrisons, nothing too hard.
Initial application pretty simple, then situational judgement test where your given a scenario and have to rank each answer with first, second and third choice on what you would do/ how you’d respond to that scenario and if you pass that then it’s the final interview
