Good interview process with a lovely lady who made me feel comfortable and relaxed during the interview. Felt informal but was also professional. Got a call less than a week later with a job offer.

They asked about my work experience and education. They were curious mainly with how I find interacting with others and the job involved regular contact with the customers.
Dropped my CV at the store then was invited for a group interview. This was straightforward with no really difficult questions and some group tasks. Then answered a few questions with HR

Interview was conducted within a group setting. Was asked several questions , and also had to role play several scenarios . The process was quite a long period and often awkward because of the settings.
1-1 interview with questions about how you my experience, flexibility and competence. After the interview, I was told whether I had passed or not on the day. I was with a group of other interviewees
