J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Morris (Honolulu, HI) en mai 2015
Entretien
Long. Psychology testing. Needed to do live (and taped at the same time) sales presentation.
Needed to produce video of myself about my qualifications as an account executive. Once hired, needed to endure sales training that was outdated and then needed to pass exams based on obsolete techniques.

Question 1
Why did I think I could sell space in their publications.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Morris en août 2016
Entretien
I did an online test, and was called for a phone interview after that. The phone interview took approximately 7 minutes. A week later I was called in for an in person interview.
Someone wrote that the interviewers seemed to be looking more for a friend than a for great candidate and I'd have to agree. Despite this, the interviewer was nice which I guess was a plus.
The interview process took approximately a month and red flags started to appear. A few days after my in-person interview, all of the references that I provided called me to tell me that the person from Morris checking references was extremely rude, condescending, often interrupted them when speaking. Had it been one reference I could have chalked it up to miscommunication. Because ALL of my references called me and told the sme thing, I withdrew my application and took another job offer.
If a company is rude to my references, all of whom are high ranking executives, I'm not willing to find out how they would treat me as a worker.
