J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Morris College (Sumter, SC) en févr. 2013
Entretien
The interview process was painless. Questions regarding how can you make a difference in the organization were raised. This question seems forward (not to mention intimidating!), but if you're asked it, you're in luck: There's no better setup for you to sell yourself and your skills to the hiring manager. Your job here is to craft an answer that covers three things: that you can not only do the work, you can deliver great results; that you'll really fit in with the team and culture; and that you'd be a better hire than any of the other candidates.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to deal with an upset customer? How did you handle the situation? The mistake many support reps make, however, is in using the knee-jerk “I don’t know” response, which doesn’t help the customer. The customer may be sympathetic that you don’t know, but they’re not interested in hearing about it.
