Pre-screening was a video recording interview asking typical interview questions. Interview with a senior developer where I solved a simple coding question in pseudo-code which was easy. They ghosted me afterwards.

I had two interviews. One with someone working in the department I was going in (Direct Platform) and another interview with two of the program leads. I was told I would hear back the following week and never did. However interviews were very simple not technical at all. Just know why Morningstar and what they do. Besides that, its a lot of storytelling. I was very confident in my interviews so you should be fine. I think they did not give me the offer because I accepted a different job before. The pay is very low for this role thats the one thing.
