The technical interview process went quite well. After that I was told by the recruiter that I should get a response within a week. After a follow up email, I am still waiting...
Looks like by other reviews ghosting is the way to go for them.

I asked the HR contact what type of questions/assessment the interview would consist of, and they said whiteboarding technical problems. The actual interview surprisingly was questions about my experiences instead.
