Entretien
It was four steps process:
In the first step, there was an 1hour long online test which included questions related to equity, quants, English and reasoning.
Results of the test was conveyed in 10-12 days if selected for further steps. After this there was an initial round of Zoom interview.
Results were conveyed in 2 days max if selected for the next round of interview.
Again the Results of the previous interview was out in 2 days max for the final round. And at last the results were out in 10 -12 days.

1st round - Introduction, questions relating to non fundamentals like date of commencement, incorporation, HQ & Corporate Office, industry & sector their examples, and basic accounting and corporate info.
Applied online, gave an online test, got called for a technical round of interview with the team lead and manager, interview wasn't too difficult, after that I had an HR behavioural round.
Accounts concepts and equity research realated question , current market trends indexes, isin, financial statements, theri relationship, ratios, waso, dilution waso , eps, diluted eps, situations questions, how you tackle monotonous work, what make you join this company??.
The initial round was a conversation with the HR representative. It was a nice experience. This round was conducted by a subject matter expert from the team. The focus was on domain-specific knowledge relevant to the role.
